Poverty

I hope you have heard of blogactionday. On 15th October, it was about Poverty and about 13k bloggers around the world wrote about Poverty on a single day. It was overwhelming that all the people think about a single topic. It was really nice to see so many people share their views on Poverty. I read many blogs that participated on blogactionday. Some of them were interesting and some were not all that great. I did not think much about the Poverty and struggles since I feel it is all part of the game.

I know to an extent what Poverty is, what poverty can do to people. But that should not make anyone lose their dreams. I have a positive attitude towards life. I have seen people struggle and become financially stable. They have come up from poverty to become one of the few wealthy guys. It is nice to see them and learn from them. Life throws you many challenges and it is up to you to handle it. It is your life and it is you who decides what can happen to your life, if you lose the game you can’t blame on someone else except you.

I don’t see poverty as a means of end but a beginning of new era. I see a problem as an avenue to prove something and not a means of issues. If there is no problem and your life goes smooth without any issues then won’t the life becoming boring? I feel life will become a boring one if there were no issues at all. Life should throw many challenges and one such sweet challenge life throws is Poverty and this is how I see poverty as. It provides you the opportunity to come up in life financially. You will be forced to think and take risks in life and if you are successful then you will make a huge difference in life.

I have heard people say these statements to me at times when they fail. When you see a physically challenged person, be happy that you are not. Be happy that you are not limping and you are walking properly. I am not happy walking, when I know with legs I can run why just walk, this is my attitude towards life. I know that to run one has to practice and have stamina and it is not as easy as walking. Now it is up to you to run or walk, in better words either to strive hard and do something or be happy that you are better than someone below you.

I personally don’t like to see someone else below me and think I am better than him but I prefer to see someone above me and think how I can become like him. I am not jealous of that person that he/she has achieved something rather I have to become like him/her. God has given me all the strength to face the hurdle and I am sure he will help me when I pursue my goals. I am after all one of his best creations. J

Poverty is not a curse but it is a boon to become wealthy.

Its a good write up, but i feel u got confused between CHALLENGES and POVERTY . Poverty is not a thing that shows up on a fine day and asks to take a dare at. I feel you went by that emotion.

I really don’t go by emotions. I keep my head straight. I know poverty does not show up on one fine day but things can go wrong any time in our life, you can meet poverty on one fine day, who knows.

I feel that Poverty is a Challenge in life to attain wealth. I see that way only. I don’t see Poverty as suffering at all.
